GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP)
GDP is a program that includes several months of comprehensive general banking and product knowledge training and two years of on the job placement. When completed, candidates will have a development path and will be stationed in various functions of the bank.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max 26 years old
Bachelor or Master Degree, in any education background with an outstanding GPA (GPA>=3.25)
Preferably with 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Local and Overseas graduates
Indonesian Citizen
Commitment to be a professional banker
Strong focus on sales and customers (FL)
Willing to be stationed at our branches throughout Indonesia
Computer literate

Minimum of 2 years related sales experience

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales process to acquire new Corporate Card accounts to achieve the targeted charge volume & new cards acquisition
Maintain strong relationship with key business partners
Manage the account relationships of all accounts signed up over the lifetime of the account
Handle all customer issues and increase the cillings

Customer Support Officer - American Express Corporate (CODE: CCCS03)
Requirements:

Diploma degree (D3) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum of 2 years related service experience
Fluency in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

Provide back-up and support for the corporate sales team
To process new applications-follow up for incomplete document before send to new account
To ensure timely new / add on application processing
To reconcile on behalf of certain clients in a timely manner

Management Development Program - Card Business (CODE: CCMT05)
Requirements:

University graduate any discipline with :
Min GPA 3.00 for Bachelor Degree
Min. GPA 3.25 for Master Degree
Age maximum 28 years
High analytical and strategic thinking
Computer literacy
Good interpersonal and communication
Creative and innovative
High self motivation and commitment to strive for the best
