Mill Technical Advisor (to be based at Sumatra Barat)
Criteria:

Be mill advisor or senior mill engineer and have a good career
Be able to provide Technical Advisory and to troubleshoot and fix all technical problem
Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
Able to work independently
Reports to Chief Plantation Controller

Mill Managers
Criteria:

Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record
Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency
Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course for Palm Oil Engineers
Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage

Estate Managers
To be responsible in developing and managing +10-15 thousands hectares of oil palm plantations

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline /AISP/LISP
Candidates with Indonesian/Kalimantan planting experience will have a better advantage
Possess substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle
Possess the capacity to deal with the development of “Kebun Plasma”
Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved

You are responsible to take charge the overall Town Management activities professionally and effectively in support of entire township development.

ESTATE MANAGER / TOWN MANAGER

Main Duties :

To develop town management strategies effectively in support of current & future township development plan.
Prepare cost-effective annual town management budget and monitor work progress and implementation.
To manage and lead a teams of technical and maintenance personnel, i.e. construction work, landscaping and cleaning / sanitation.
Leading a team of Customer Services personnel to provide excellent services to township residents. Able to handle customer complaints tactfully and also provide solution etc.

Requirements :

Professional qualification with degree in Civil / Architecture or any relevant discipline.
Min 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years at managerial position with sizeable developers and preferably involving in township development of more than 200 Ha).
Dynamic & energetic with good leadership and interpersonal skill.
Good command in English both written & spoken and computer literate.

Estate Manager & Mill Manager
You would lead the overall operations of an estate (maintenance and harvesting) or a palm oil mill (both in its maintenance and processing). In order to achieve this, you shall work closely with the mill or estates by ensuring the given targets set by the company are met. We envisage you to be an energetic leader with great drive and initiative
Requirements :

Recognized degree in Agricultural Science or Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
Min. 10 years related working experience in a palm oil mill or estate of which at least 4 years in a managerial capacity
Able to converse and write in English
Team player with strong interpesonal skill
Wilingness to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and work in an interior environment

Estate Assistant & Mill Assistant
Requirements :

Aged not more than 35 years with a recognized degree preferably in Agricultural Science or Mechanical Engineering
Min 2-3 years experience working in a palm oil mill or estate
Able to converse and write in English
Computer literate
