We are now looking for potential fresh graduates for our

SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY OFFICER

Implement annual occupational Safety Programs, by taking into account the various operational activities and needs, to enhance level of safety awareness and inculcate safety culture aimed at achieving high safety performance standard.

Provide advice to line personnel, including Contractors, on occupational safety matters, to ensure that the conducts of activities are in full compliance to Company and regulatory requirements.

Participate, in PCSB-HSE led Safety Risk Assessment and ensure accurate assessment of risk posed, and that adequate control and recovery barriers are identified. Thereafter, participate in the preparation/ review of Safety Risk Assessment Report and gain acceptance from line management on adoption of recommendations.

Participate in incident investigation, ensuring that the incident investigation process is carried out in accordance with PCSB Incident Investigation & Reporting Procedures, to ensure consistent and structured incident investigation and accurate identification of incident causation.

REQUIREMENT

• B Sc/B Eng or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in managing HSE/ working in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Knowledge in hazard and risk management, HSEMS, Pollution Prevention, Emergency Response Management & HSE Risk Management tools.
• Analytical Thinking.
• Excellent Inter-personal skill.
• Strong execution capabilities.
• Understanding E&P business life cycle.

We are now looking for potential fresh graduates for our

1. Senior Drilling Supervisors (2 Position) - Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

• Represent Petronas Carigali West Glagah Kambuna Ltd (PCWGKL) as company representative.
• Supervise the drilling operations (together with the Night Drilling Supervisor) on the drilling rig to ensure operations integrity.
• Ensure the implementation of the drilling activities is as per the approved drilling program.
• Ensure proper planning of operations for call-out of equipment and personnel.
• Prepare daily drilling reports for submission to in Jakarta office.
• Review and initial on behalf of PCWGKL the service tickets for work/services provided by the Services Company.
• Keep track of PCWGKL equipment on board the rigs.
• Provide daily estimated well costs for the drilling operation.
• Participate in safety and coordination meetings and, support the drilling rig contractor s safety program.
• Review and check casing tally, mud program, cementing calculations/recipe, bit program and other related programs.
• Discuss with PCWGKL Drilling Superintendent for feedback and improvement to operations.
• Prepare and review equipment failure and incident reports.
• Senior Drilling Supervisor shall perform any other supervisory/engineering works according to PCWGKL s instructions.
• Provide recommendations and work with the drilling rig contractor and third party service contractors to improve the drilling operations.

Requirements:

• Have the following experience:
◦ Offshore drilling in South East Asia, preferably in Indonesia.
◦ Jack-up drilling, testing and completion operations.
◦ Drilling of vertical, deviated exploration and development wells.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in supervising offshore drilling operations with a minimum 5 years as a Senior Drilling Supervisor.
• Have valid IWCF or equivalent well control certificates;
• Have a valid MIGAS Drilling Certificate;
• Have valid sea survival, BOSIET, HUET, medical and fire fighting certificates;
• Familiar with drilling software DIMS, Openwells or equivalent;
• Must be fluent in written and oral English.
• Available for short term contract employment (3-6 months)

2. Night Drilling Supervisors (2 Position) - Sumatera Utara
Responsibilities:

• Alternate to the Senior Drilling Supervisor as the company representative.
• Supervise the drilling operations on the drilling rig and ensure the implementation of the drilling activities is as per approved drilling program.
• Prepare daily drilling reports for submission to Jakarta office.
• Assist the Senior Drilling Supervisor in the planning of operations.
• Keep track of Company equipment on board the rigs.
• Prepare the daily estimated well costs for the drilling operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and support drilling rig contractor safety programs.
• Review and check casing program, mud program, cementing program, bit program and other related program;
• Work with Senior Drilling Supervisor and discuss with Drilling Superintendent for feedback and improvement to operations.
• Prepare equipment failure and incident reports.
• Night Drilling Supervisor shall perform any other supervisory/engineering works according to Company instructions.

Requirements:

• Have the following experience:

Sales Area Manager Commercial Business - Surabaya
Job Purpose : To implement the Commercial Business plans and programs through effective management of distribution channels and networks to achieve the targeted sales volume, profit and market share so as to promote and sustain Company business growth in East Java.

Qualification & Experience

* Degree in Engineering (i.e. chemical/petroleum) or marketing.
* At least 4 years experience in sales and marketing with 2 year related experience in similar position in Oil & Gas Company or Commercial Fuel Industry.
* Well understand about Commercial Fuel Industry.
* Familiar with sales administration process and procedure.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Prefer local candidate with home based in Surabaya, East Java

Key Responsibilities

* To establish and achieve sales growth and profit objectives through the development, implementation, and monitoring of an annual sales plan.
* To expand sales of petroleum products to major targeted accounts in the region in order to maximize sales volume and profit margin.
* To identify the relevant market data on product distribution, consumption and area demography to track supply and demand trends, market focus, customers’ and competitors’ profiles; and recommend/undertake appropriate mitigation strategies to align marketing plans with new opportunities.
* To assist supervisor in conducting market research and analyses on product pricing and develop and maintain product pricing index to facilitate costing and billing.
* In conjunction with the Supply and Logistic Department, analyze, plan and prepare the supply and logistic requirement to ensure timely, cost effective and accurate product delivery to customers.
* Effective working relationship with local Government agencies, other Industry players, local associations and competitors to leverage on their support, cooperation, collaboration and insider status for business opportunities, best compliance of Company and Authorities HSE requirements.
* To review, monitor and implement all HSE requirement at trading area to ensure compliance of Company and Authorities HSE requirements.
* To prepare and create weekly and monthly reports, such as sales volume report
* To maintain a record keeping, administrative and finance transaction through proper filing system.

Sales Area Manager Lubricant Business – Kalimantan

* Well understand about Lubricant.
* Familiar with sales administration process and procedure.
