Java Peppers Industries is seeking for high potential candidate to join our team as:

1. ENGINEERING & UTILITY (ENG)
• Male, max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Electrical from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
• Skillful in maintenance and trouble shooting mechanical, electrical and utility problem with
experiences min. 3 years.
• Min. 2 years experience in boiler, generator and machinery automation (PLC, PID, pneumatic
and hydraulic system, etc).
• Min. 2 years experience in construction (civil and piping).
• Able to develop and organize preventive schedule.
• Understand about ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP.
• Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry preferable.
• English and computer proficiency.
• Good Attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner.
• Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work, no color blind.
• Willing to work shift.

2. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FA)
• Female, max. 28 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
• English and computer proficiency.
• Posses good comprehension in Accounting system.
• Strong knowledge of function of costing, tax, etc.
• Accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet standard and special
management reports, ensure internal and legal compliances.
• Honest, good attitude and interpersonal skill.
• Smart, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to deadline.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

3. MARKETING (MA)
• Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
• Min. D3 of any diciplines.
• Min. 2 years experience in consumer goods.
• Have worked as sales and marketing in food industry preferable.
• Good interaction with people, team player with strong creativity and result oriented.
• Dynamic presentation and communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
• English and computer skill is a must.
• Good Attitude, team leadership, hard working, responsible and quick learner.
• High Self Motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Having Own Car/ Motorcycle.

4. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)
• Male, max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Electrical from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
• Skillful in maintenance and trouble shooting mechanical and electrical problem with
experiences min. 2 years.
• Strong knowledge in ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP.
• Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry preferable.
• English and computer proficiency.
• Good Attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner.
• Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work, no color blind.
• Willing to work shift.

5. QA / QC ( QA )
• Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
• Min. 2 years experience in QA / QC in food industries.
• Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP.
• Familiar to do chemical and microbiology analysis.
• Understand about production flow, tools and machinery.
• English and computer proficiency, no color blind.
• Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner.
• Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work.

6. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)
• Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
• Min. 2 years experience as R&D in food industries.
• Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP.
• Familiar to do chemical and microbiology analysis.
• Likes to do experiments, creative, innovative, and have strong analytical power.
• English and computer proficiency, no color blind.
• Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner.
• Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work.

7. FARM MANAGER ASSISTANT (FMA)
• Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (majoring in Agronomy or Plant Protection/Plant Pests and
Diseases) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00.
• Strong leadership, expert in field job and deep knowledge about chili / paprica with field
experience min. 2 years.
• Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases.
• Capable to develop, manage, and evaluate a farm system; likes to do experiments.
• Know well about farming circle of process (from seeding to post-harvesting) and fertilizer
formulation.
• Good attitude, hardworker, responsible, excellent team player and able to work base on
target.

8. PROJECT ANALYST (PA)
• Male / Female, max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Agronomy/ Plant Protection preferable) from reputable
university with min. GPA 3.00.
• Familiar to working with data and statistics, love to do both field and office job.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• English and computer proficiency (excel, statsitic, visio, etc).
• Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized
person.
• Posses good comprehension in ERP / MRP System.
• Responsible for project and farm plan based on forecast, resources, raw material and delivery
schedule.
• Stock management based on inventory and warehouse management principles.
• Provide monthly report concerning all monitoring of project and farm planning & inventory
control.

Conduct and coordinate joint studies, specialized core and log analysis, geochemical analysis and reservoir modeling with input from service and consulting companies. Develop strategy of unconventional exploration and conduct due diligence of acquisition targets. Experience in petrophysical analysis is a plus



3. Sr Geophysicist (Jakarta Office Based)

Job Description:

Design geophysical program specific for unconventional oil and gas opportunities. Besides routine seismic interpretation and mapping duty, the candidate will conduct AVO, AVA attribute analysis and inversion analysis for high-grade unconventional targets. Experience in petrophysical analysis is a plus



4. Process & Facilities Engineer (Jakarta Office Based)

Job Description:

Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments. Designs and scale up manufacturing processes, instruments and equipment, and test manufactured products to maintain quality. Plans, designs and estimates times and cost, and oversees construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems



5. SCM Officer (Jakarta Office Based)

Job Description:

Perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers



6. Project & Cost Analysis (Jakarta Office Based)

Job Description:

Monitor and analyze internal project from initiation through completion with emphasis on cost scheduling and efficiency. Monitor project to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs



7. Document Controller (Jakarta Office Based)

Job Description:

Develop and maintain filling, management system (hardcopy & softcopy). Support secretarial and administration issues such as prepare minutes of meeting, prepare correspondence, etc



8. Production Supervisor (Perlak (Aceh) Based)

Job Description:

Lead and manage the field production and well operation to meet production and HSE targets. Control and maintain production quality and flow-rate as well as maintain equipment reliability



Job Requirements (Position #):

#1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting / Finance with min 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking / consultancy. Strong financial modeling skills. Exposure in oil & gas industry is an advantage

#2, 3. Bachelor Degree or higher in Geology/Geophysics with min 10 years of relevant work record of subsurface and reservoir in the oil and gas industry. Familiar with onshore/offshore drilling operations including wellsite duties, logging and log analysis. Familiar with G&G software for mapping, reservoir and well log analysis. Experience or knowledge in unconventional reservoir particularly shale plays desirable

#4, 5, 6, 7. Bachelor Degree or higher with min 3 years of relevant experience

#8, Bachelor Degree or higher in related field and engineering background with min 10 years of proven track record in related oil and gas activities. For this field position, operation experience with strong supervision capability is required
