Mott MacDonald has worked continuously in Indonesia for both public and private clients since 1969, contributing to projects covering irrigation, urban and rural water supply and sanitation We are currently involved in a range of activities to promote the sustainable provision of clean water, including water manage-ment, management of municipal water supply corporations and financing supply services. Through our expertise in transport planning and highway design we have been successfully involved in finalising the feasibility study into the provision of Phase 1 of the Bekasi Monorail transport system between Bekasi and Jakarta. Our transport portfolio also includes environmental and social impact studies and design for 600km of road improvement and capacity expansion in Sumatera, Java and Sulawesi.

Contributing to Indonesia’s urban development we supported the Second Sulawesi Urban Development Project by improving management and service delivery for infrastructure in Manado and six other cities. We also planned and designed water supply facilities, sewerage, sanitation and flood alleviation for the city of Surabaya. In the power sector, we’ve undertaken several major transmission and distribution improvement projects and have also engineered a number of the new generation of power plants now in service. After undertaking technical due diligence and construction monitoring roles at Paiton Power Plant we are now monitoring operations at the plant. Many of our projects include institutional development, training and capacity building, as well as master planning, environmental planning, design, construction supervision and project and programme management.

Due to an expanding national and regional energy workload, we would like to invite you to be part of our dynamic Oil and Gas division team to fill in the following positions :

• Geotechnical Engineer
• Structural Engineer
• Highway Engineer
• Railway Engineer
• Environmental Engineer - Water and Sanitation Engineer
• Hydrologist / Drainage Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in related field, preferably from consultant engineering company
• Possess professional certification
• Fluent in English, spoken and written (TOEFL > 500)

Requirements:

b. Holding Bachelor Degree, preferable majoring in economic / administration with min GPA 3.00
c. Having min.1 year experience in administration and accounting / finance

Job description :
The incumbent will be responsible :

* To make financial reporting (including invoice arrangement)

Qualifications :

Responsibilities:

• Prepare / analyze monthly GL, profit & loss statement & balance sheet, Management reports, bank reconciliations and cash flow report
• To ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly / quarterly reports and assist in the preparation of narratives of variances between actual performances versus forecast/budget
• Liaise with external auditors, tax department, bank and government agencies
• Handle taxation matters
• Analyze and adapt changes in financial guidelines into processes
• Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Accounting) wit Min GPA 3.00 with Brevet license holder is preferred
• Male / Female, max 30 years old with min.4 years extensive experience using accounting software
• Excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Experience in handling Group Reporting with the initiatives to develop reporting structure, policies and processes
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details and strong integrity
• Excellent in application of Windows software
• Excellent communication with the ability to interact in English (TOEFL min: 500)
