Project Manager - Riau
(Pekanbaru, Pangkalan Kerinci)

Responsibilities:

* To plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Requirements:

* Male, Not more than 40 years old, Bachelor in Civil Engineering,
* At least have 10 years experience
* Understand in project about jetty, dum, canal and building
* Willing to travel and stay at estate locations, Riau Region
* Able to work under pressure situation and working long hours and tight deadlines Understand
* Able communicate in English (both Oral & Written)
* Energetic & Strong

Fire Control, Health, Safety, Environment Manager - Riau
(Pekanbaru & Pangkalan Kerinci)

Requirements:

* Male, not more than 40 years old
* Bachelor in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science
* At least have 5 years experience in work safely, providing training to others, Forest Fire management (Prevention & Suppression), supervisory and operational experience in forestry or a related environment field

Specific Requirement
o Understand in environment management systems, audits and impact an risk assessment
o Understand in forestry operation and management health & safety
o Understand in fire fighting tactics and strategic, fire behavior incident command system.
o Familiar in firefighter training technique and safety briefing
o Willing to travel and stay at estate locations
o Able to work under pressure situation and working long hours and tight deadlines
o Able communicate in English (both Oral & Written)
o Physical Abilities Energetic & Strong

Requirements:

• University degree majoring in Architect from reputable university
  
• Minimum of 4 years architectural working experience, especially in Housing, office building, and interior works
