1. CIVIL MANAGER (Code : CVM)

Qualification :

• Male
• Age maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Civil, preferably from reputable university (Bandung Institute of technology)
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in design and road construction (preferably from mining or road construction company)
• Have certificate related to road construction (License from LPJK, ATAKI,PII)
• Base in Jakarta, willing to travel at our site project

2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : ENGSH)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related
• 5- 8 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
• A first class blasting certificate & POP /POM License would be an advantage
• Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

3. MINE PLANNING SUPERVISOR (Code : MPSPV)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree in mining engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as same position in the area of mining industry
• Should have Mine design concepts & operations in coal mining, scheduling, and planning skill
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Willing to be place in all over SIS site project

4. MINE SURVEYOR GROUP LEADER (Code : MSYGL)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree majoring in Geodesy, especially from Gadjahmada university
• Min. 3 years experience in the field of survey and mapping
• Ability in using survey equipment, survey software and mapping
• Experience in coal mining industry is a must
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Willing to be place in all over SIS site project

5. PROJECT CONTROL GROUP LEADER (Code : PCGL)

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree of Mining, /Geology /Civil/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience as project control in the area of mining industry
• Proven skills in Project cost, estimation & control, Contract Management, Cost analysis
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

6. PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (Code : PSH)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5- 8 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM / POU License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Base in Kalimantan

7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code : PSPV)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 4 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

8. PIT SERVICE SUPERVISOR (Code : PITSPV)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 2-3 years experience as same position in road maintenance, dewatering, dump and lighting in open pit coal mining area
• Have a POP License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

9. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (Code : PGL)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 2-3 years experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

10. GRADUATE PREPARATION PROGRAM- OPERATION (Code : GPPO)

Qualification :

• Male, max 27 Years Old
• Bachelor degree of mining /geology /geodesy /civil engineering with GPA Min 2,75
• Physically and mentally fit
• Never been enlisted as candidate for PT.SIS between 2009-2010
• Will be based in all over SIS site project

Ensuring planning elements are identified, having a time frame for work operation, and aligning target for production, Ensuring guidance toward subordinate, Ensuring improvement of production yield, and implementing troubleshooting for all problems found in the field, Ensuring safety, health and environment are implemented during engineering operational



Qualification :



• Male Max. 40 years old

• Bachelor degree in relevant position

• 5 – 8 years experience as an Engineering Section Head or manager in open pit coal mining area

• A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage

2. PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (Code : PSH)



Responsibilities : Ensuring the project execution meets the determined plan and target by the safest, most efficient and effective way.



Ensuring the production preparation is being implemented in conformance to the determined plan and target, Ensuring the implementation of production operation complied with the most righteous, efficient and proper, Ensuring the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) procedure are applied in the production operation, Ensuring the production targets are achieved, Ensuring an efficient management and utilization of Human Resources.



Qualification :

• Male

• Bachelor degree in relevant position

• 5 – 8 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area

• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage

• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ

Budget Department Head

Preparing budget for short term and long term by forecasting from financial analysis and analyse ongoing performance / achievement. It will be needed to identify the strategy for the future’s performance.

Main Responsibilities ::

• Projecting financial in long term and short term
  
• Control covenant from Lender based on projected budget
  
• Report achievement of budget & reasoning against discrepancies
  
• Ensure stabilize financial risk of company
  
• Handling transaction as follows: investment (organic and inorganic), financing, fundraising, acquisition, joint venture and other non-reguler transactions include company capital structure

Qualifications :

• Minimal S1 Management Finance or Business
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in Financial
  
• Good knowledge in capital / primary market
  
• Have ability in analysing company’s Financial Report
  
• Have good communication skills
  
• Fluent in English (active or passive)

Budget Supervisor

Coordinate in preparing annual budget to five years ahead for reviewing the purpose

Main Responsibilities :

• Support manager in preparing company’s budget
  
• Report the purpose and achievement of company’s budget on analytical includes information from Accounting & Tax and relevant Department / Jobsite
  
• Report the analysis result of short term and long term company’s financial report
  
• Evaluate company’s financial activity based on risk and creditors

Qualifications :

• Minimal S1 Financial Management
  
• For S1 Degree - Minimum 3 years experience (2 years in finance, 1 year in related industry). For S2 Degree, minimum 2 years experience in finance.
  
• Ability in finance analyze and projection
  
• Good knowledge in financial management, investment, financial modelling, accounting, or economic macro dan micro.
