IT MANAGER
Responsibilties:

• Lead and manage MIS/IT Operation and Infrastructure team;
• Analyzing and identifying business requirements and IT needs to effectively support mining operation on multiple project sites whether it’s start-up or ongoing project;
• Translate and support Company’s vision and mission to appropriate and applicable IT strategic planning;
• Build communication and strong relationships with Board of Directors, Functional Managers and Planning;
• Serves as Principle Advisor to the Board of Directors, functional managers, and Project Managers on information management and technology across the company;
• Design and preparing effective-efficient IT system to support the company on winning new project/tenders;
• Continuous optimization on implemented IT system, maintaining high performance and high availability IT and communication system to support Corporate and mining Operations.
