COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilties:

• To develop approaches, principles and stratedies on sustainable external stakeholders relationship;
• To develop external relation, community development management system, policies, procedures and guidelines;
• To develop community relations and development management plans for company project;
• To develop, implement, monitoring and evaluate community development program and budget at all site in Indonesia focusing on education, health , economic, empowerment, local business development, agribusinesses, etc;
• To develop, improve and maintain good relationship with surrounding communities, government, NGO and other stakeholders;
• To develop report to management and communication tools to internal and external stakeholders.
