PT DH Energy, group of PT Dharma Henwa Tbk .We produces supplies electricity and alternative energy to power utilities and industries. The Company is urgently seeking professionals to fill the following positions at its Headquarter in Jakarta and site operations. as:

SITE MANAGER
Responsibilties:

• Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budgets program and resource requirement to ensure delivery of project on time and to the budget;
• Maximize profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project;
• To lead and drive cooperation between operations and engineering to ensure that:
• Plans are always available, they are realistic and they are “do-able” ;
• Plans are properly communicated to all related department;
• The agreed dig plan is being followed;
• All senior staff thinks and functions as a team.
• Lead, organize and provide direction to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results/successful project performance.
• Setup working procedures of safety and the implementation.
• Monitor and maintain productivity process to meet the requirements, including TCI operating procedures to assist the team to achieve the target;
• Drive weekly compliance, monthly and annual production targets;
• Controlling the administration process/activities to achieve HR goals;
• Identify training needs program to all employees related to the safety operation process;
• Establish and maintain relationship with others to assist project delivery and enhance client satisfaction;
• Comply with KPC contractors manager’s duty of conduct;
• Actively investigate enhancement to procedures and processes that achieve improvements in performance, job satisfaction, and productivity (continuous improvement).
