BRANCH MANAGER (Semarang Office)
Reporting to the GM of Retail Division in Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading a team in the development and delivery of strategies to grow the business profitably in order to meet premium income and profitability targets. You will also be required to build and effectively manage relationship with the agents, clients and or brokers and to ensure that set service standards are implemented.

The successful applicant is expected to have:

• Degree and/or AAAIK
• At least 5 years’ industry experience with some management exposure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership abilities and strong business acumen
• A proven track record of successfully meeting agreed targets
