HR ASSISTANT (Contract Base)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure administration for the payroll, from overtime data and attendance report collection, data input, consolidation, until providing final report.
- Assist in the arrangement of HR administration, such as employee database filing, HR document maintaining.
- Assist in other administration,such as: Jamsostek claims, insurance medical claims, and other employee welfares.
- To assist in preparing weekly and monthly HR reporting, e.g.: Headcount report, labour cost report, organization chart.
- To assist in the recruitment process, e.g.: setting up interviews, contacting candidates, and maintaining recruitment documents.
- To provide administration support and undertaking administration task to the HR Department.
- Having minimum Bachelor degree
- Having at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing company in related field
- Payroll and benefits administration experience including up to date legislation knowledge (UU 13, Tax regulation, etc).
- Good administration and documentation skill, with high attention to detail as key responsibilities in this role
- Excellent MS Excel skills and competent in the range of other MS Office applications.
- A self starter, ability to work independently with less supervision and as part of a team
- English literate, spoken and written, minimum passive
- Multi tasking skills with a high degree of integrity and responsibility
- Able to start working within short notice is preferred
- Preferably domicile in Cikarang, Bekasi
