Operations Training Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities: Working closely with the Operations Directors and the Training Manager to review training needs priorities and delivery methods, using developed materials. To assist and co-ordinate internal training activities for all training audience, including new hires on site, ensuring training needs for all areas are met. To be the Train-the Trainer instructor, where the need arises. To work with the Training Manager to keep accurate and concise training records

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from reputable university
* Good knowledge in Logistics and Operations
* Deep understanding of how operations work in logistics, including best practices, to drive the performance and productivity of our workforce
* Having high attention to details and analytical skills
* Good in administration and reporting
* Have Train-the-trainer skills
* Proven management skills, leading teams
* Excellence communication skills
* Having Forklift Operate license is advantage
* Minimum 3 year experience as Training Manager, preferably from logistics company

Project Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor implementation team so that new project implementation process comply with project company guidance and smoothly handed over to operation team

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferable from Engineering major.
* Good knowledge in Logistics and Operations
* Deep Knowledge in Quality Management System
* Wide Knowledge in ISO & OHSAS, preferable already certified
* Having high attention to details and analytical skills
* Good in administration and reporting
* Proven management skills, leading teams, Project management skills, Risk Management Skills, Root cause analysis Skills.
* Excellence communication skills
* Minimum 3 year experience in Logistics Company, min 1 year in similar position
