Responsibilities:

• To ensure that customer service department service level are met / achieve department target

• Having minimum 3 years experience as Call Center Supervisor
• Having experience in the same industry would be advantage
• Able to lead a team

Account Executive

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to gain new prospect customers and retain existing customers through sales and service excellence, and also achieve target which is set under monthly basis.

Requirements:

• S1 of any discipline with knowledge of transport business
• Excellent English ( speaking and writing )
• Having sales experiences in the same industry is preferable, both of direct sales and telesales activities
• Good presentation and computer skills, good interpersonal skill, communication and target oriented
