Services being provided today can be summarized into these following line of business : Integrated Logistic Base Management, Offshore Crane Supply and Maintenance, Offshore Drilling, Car and Heavy Equipment Rental Service, Maintenance of Production Service Facilities, Manpower and Expatriate Management Services, and many others mainly in operation support areas

Today, PT. Supraco Indonesia has an established reputation as one of the prominent player in Indonesian oil and gas industry serving companies like Caltex Pacific Indonesia, BP Indonesia, Total, Unocal, CNOOC, ConocoPhillips, Amerada Hess and many others.

We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our project at CEPU BLOCK.

1. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CP – 01)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Pipeline Construction Site Manager.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, mechanical completion, and pipeline commissioning activities while driving contractor towards flawless performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Review construction plans and administer the execution of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Interface with Operations, Drilling, and/or other EPC s as necessary to effectively execute construction activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 7 years in pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Full understanding of site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

2. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CP – 02)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Onshore Pipeline Construction Superintendent.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, HDD, and valve site construction while monitoring and appraising contractor s performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide input on construction plans and administration of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Keep an accurate time log and provide Superintendent with daily notes as well as continuous verbal feedback on project progress, issues, and/or problem areas.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 4 years in pipelines.
• Strong supervision skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Familiar with site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

3. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD (CP – 03)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and subcontractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture s recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Working knowledge of :
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
-Piping fabrication methods.
- Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Strong Supervision and leadership skills.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.

4. COATING INSPECTOR (CP – 04)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
• Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Oversee application of field joint coating.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings and coatings inspection, application methods, and testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• 7 years of experience in coatings and coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail system.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP – 05)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities (excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures, maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting civil/structural works.
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

6. E&I INSPECTOR (CP – 06)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation, cabling, terminations, testing, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.

7. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP – 07)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process
- Liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
- Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
- Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop.

The application and obtain the required permits.
- Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution of the contract work (e.g. Contractor s camp building permits, DEPNAKER).
- Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop /provide such as a handover document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups (e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or Contractor s permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and Best Practices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS degree in Law, Engineering or other related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining), preferably involved with pipeline projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus.

8. PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP – 08)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.
• Prepare invitation letter to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.
• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, startup/commissioning and other inspections.
• Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported.
• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings.
• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJMIGAS.
• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection.
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.
• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.
• Working knowledge of: -Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IX, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001).
- Pipeline construction methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and Shop Drawings.
- Indonesian National Standard (SNI).

• Knowledge of piping, instrumentation, and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, switch gear, etc.) and their function/running test.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Good oral and written English communication skills
- Report writing, invitation letter and presentation skills.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

9. SITE ADMIN (CP – 09)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

Safety:
• Conduct Safety Induction for visitors.
• Participate in the office safety program, basic first aid responder.
• Ensure work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner and that a high level of safety awareness exists in the office environment.

Controls:
• Performs and records inventory management of office supplies, safety award purchases.
• Maintains office records/files per Management Protection of Information guidelines.
• Prepares expense statements.
• Reviews/check and maintains records of staff contractor time sheets and expense reports.
• Maintains and monitors group vacation records.

Execution:
• Perform administration work for manager and site team.
• Maintain MPI protocol when administering sensitive information.
• Coordinates the overall administrative activities in providing efficient and effective office support services for the execution team.
• Support development of management presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Draft routine memos and reports.
• Administers all inbound / outbound mail, filing system, phone receptions.
• Provides secretarial functions relating to invoices, personnel work orders, immigration, expense reporting.
• Serve as a liaison with Human Resources (HR) to organize newcomers/visitors work permits/visas.
• Report payroll to HR (EM employees only) and maintain vacation records.
• Post Time-writing job numbers, monitor entries, ensure group members enter data, provide assistance as needed.
• Provide organization, planning, and administration of teambuilding and special work team arrangements, update team members list.
• Arrange travel, accommodation arrangements for VIPs and visitors.
• Coordinate with other secretaries regarding reports, appointments, etc.
• Carry out administration tasks, such as:
- Assist with meeting arrangements.
- Make travel bookings, conference arrangements, and events arrangements.

- Prepare letters, memos, presentations, faxes.
-Perform clerical and general office duties, word processing, record and files maintenance, mail distribution, and telephone reception.
- Copying, distribution, and shipping.
- Prepare and submit expense accounts.
- Process and maintain files for calling card, wireless, and pager orders.
- Prepare and submit business card/stationary orders for group members.

Systems:
• Travel Tracking: Records personnel travel movement/booking via PTS.
• Vacation and Out of Office Tracking: Records and maintains execution team records.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

COMPETENCIES
• Computing: Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft access, Visio, Time-writing, EXTRA, and SHARP timekeeping system and Good computing skills.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to interface with internal and 3rd external parties. Team player capable of working with multi-national staff, Party Contractors and all levels of EMOI and MCL management.
• Office Management: Good organizational skills, filing, document tracking, travel management.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of e-mail system.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-years working for a large company in office administration, hotel or airlines.
• SAP experience desirable.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES/DOCUMENTATION
• Familiar with Business Travel Guidelines.
• Familiar with account code / DOAG Guidelines.
• Familiar with P&GMs.
• Familiar with Company MPI Guidelines.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Required to work independently with little supervision. Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be willing to live and work in a remote site environment.

Mooring Master (MM)
Candidates must:
  • Hold a valid Class 1 (Master Mariner) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
  • Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Master on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Assistant Mooring Master (AMM)
Candidates must:

Plant Operations Supervisor (POS)
Candidates must:

Lead Engine Control Room Operator (LECRO)
Candidates must:

Engine Control Room Operator (ECRO)
Candidates must:

  • Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Third Engineer or Fourth Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Maintenance Supervisor (MS)
Candidates must:
  • Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer — Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
  • Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
Instrument & Electrical Lead (IEL)
Candidates must:
  • Served as I & E Lead on F[P]SO maintenance department or and as an I & E Lead on shore at a petrochemical or other industrial plant.
  • Be suitably trade qualified with a minimum of five (5) years relevant industrial experience as a Instrumentation or Electrical Technician
  • Strong knowledge of industry and international standards.
For all those above FSO positions, candidates should have:
  • Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.
  • Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.
  • Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
  • Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable.
  • A high level of computer skills is essential.
  • Good communications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
  • Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety.
  • Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and / or company’s field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1-2 years.
Central Processing Facilities (CPF) Maintenance & Operations positions:

Operation positions:

Electrical Supervisor (ES)
Candidates must have:
  • 15+ years experience in Oil and Gas Industry electrical power generation and distribution systems and supervision of Electrical teams.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and repair skill on full range High and Low voltage (11kv, 6.6kv, 400v & 230v) components. (Switchgear, MCC, transformers, large elec motors, UPS, lighting, etc)
  • Fully competent in Electrical codes & safe work processes. (Energy Isolation Procedures, PPE, Permitting, etc)
Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor (MRS)
Candidates must have:
  • 10+ years experience in Oil/Gas field as M&R Supervisor, Lead Planner or Lead Materials Coordinator
  • Able to lead and guide Computer Maintenance System build, development and implementation (SAP 4.0 or 6.0 desired). Experience in building maintenance strategies. Experience in planning shutdowns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Materials Management in SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of M&R KPI’s and all business work processes to support flawless execution of Maintenance activities (RBWS, Critical PM, 3rd party vendor coordination, campaign work, etc)
Mechanical Supervisor (MS)
Candidates must have:
  • 10+ years experience in Oil and Gas field mechanical maintenance and supervision of mechanical maintenance teams
  • Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills in gas turbines and controls (GE or Solar preferred), large centrifugal pumps and centrifugal gas compressors
  • Troubleshooting and repair experience in oil/gas support systems (steam systems, nitrogen generators, air compressors, etc)
  • Control Room Operator (CRO)
Candidates must have:
  • 5+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plan or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge and skill in operating of control room automatic control system, i.e. SCADA, DCS, etc.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian regulations applicable to operations of onshore oil and gas installations
Lead Operator (LO)
Candidates must have:
  • 5+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plant or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
  • Experience in handling process of Emergency Response & Oil Spill Response
  • Special courses required for the position, refer to the MCL Competency Training Roadmap
Instrument & Controls Supervisor (ICS)
Candidates must have:
  • 10+ years experience in Oil/Gas Instrumentation & Controls maintenance and supervision of instrument/controls teams.
  • Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills on full range of transmitters, controllers, analyzers, etc
  • Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills on Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Safety & Control Systems (ESD, fire & gas, etc).
Shift Supervisor (SS)
Candidates must have:
  • 10+ years experience of well operation and crude oil processing plant or other production operation experience (sour gas and oil experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of Indonesian regulations applicable to operations of onshore oil and gas installations
  • Experience in providing Emergency Response & Oil Spill Response training
  • A Supervisory skill, Incident reporting and process safety guidelines, etc
For all those above CPF positions, candidates should have:
  • Polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA (preferred); or a high school certificate (IPA / SMIK Technical) for position: ES, MRS, ICS, MS
  • High school or Vocational (SMK Technical) School certificate preferably enhanced by related technical school courses for position: CRO, LO, SS
