General Requirements

• For all above FSO positions, candidates should have:
• Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required
• Advance level in spoken and written English languange. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable
• Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
• Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable
• A high level of computer skills is essential
• Good comunications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
• Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety
• Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and/ or company's field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1-2 years

• Polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA (preferred) or a high school certificate (IPA/ SMK Technical) for position: ES, MRS, ICS, MS
• High school or Vocational (SMK Technical) School certificate, preferably enhanced by related technical school courses for position: CRO, LO, SS
• Fluency in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is essential
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communications skills (upward and downward) and interpersonal and team work skills are essential - understands M&R KPI's and their significance
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in safety excellence (e.g. behavioral based safety, etc)
• Ability and willingness to actively mentor technicians (technical skills and safety)

Financial Reporting Analyst
Job Description:

• Analysis and reporting of financial and operating results
• Coordination of a business unit's financial and operating forecast
• Developing and administering capital budgets and authorization for expenditures
• Designing and evaluating financial and operating control systems

Job Description:

• Performing monthly closing to book journal entries and accruals SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations
• General Accounting, including fixed asset, inter-company accounting and bank transactions

• Project Accounting, including reviewing invoices and charges to the project, analyzing costs, preparing management report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.5 in 4.0 scale

IT End Users Support Analyst
Job Description • Provide desktop services (L2 support) according to ExxonMobil (and/or Affiliates) guidelines and practices
• Manage equipment installation (install, configure, and test to meet Security and Control guideline)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and/or software problems
• Produce performance stewardship reports as required
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and/or software problems, and escalate to regional/ global support as needed
• Support and maintain IT assets management for ExxonMobil affiliates in Indonesia
• Ensure that the assets management complies with ExxonMobil computing standards and practices, and meet the business requirements
• Ensure implementation of safety, security and control procedures in the working environment.

Requirements of Candidate
• Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/Informatics/Computer/Physics with minimum GPA 3.25 in 4.0 scale
• Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of working experience in related area would be an advantage
• Posses strong and profound knowledge of IT

1.Reservoir Engineer
The position responsibilities will include optimizing oil and gas recovery using state-of-the art reservoir surveillance and simulation tools.

2.Sub-surface Engineer
The position responsibilities will include planning and executing well work to ensure optimized well performance and depletion of oil and gas fields.
