General Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum of Diploma III from reputable hotel academy
· Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position and level in an international standard hotel.
· Good command over written and spoken English.
· Well groomed and pleasant personality
Executive Secretary
General Requirements and Qualifications:
· Female, age of 25 to 35 years old
· Graduated from Secretarial Academy
· Excellent English both writing and speaking
· Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheet) and Power Point
· Proven experience in Executive support role
· Proactive self starter and team player
· A minimum of two to three years of secretarial experience preferably in hotel
· Ability to organize and work with sensitive and confidential material
· Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and employees
