Job Purpose

The Engineer will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and installing multi billion rupiah printing equipment to variety of end users and distributors throughout Indonesia. This will involve visiting customers in pre-defined areas, maximizing customer satisfaction, managing existing and new accounts and ensuring an outstanding level of service is provided to these customers.

Country Sales Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Execute regional headquarters plan to meet / exceed assigned revenue objectives for the Indonesia market.
* Conduct regular pipeline reviews with partners to ensure progress toward mutual goals for the business.
* Build and manage channels and engage with end-customers to provide support in tender creation and processes.
* Expand the business in specific market verticals with our product range and solutions:

- Manufacturing
- Banking
- Government
- Retail

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree with 7 to 10 years successful technology field sales experience.
* Experienced in IT channels management.
* Knowledge of serial matrix, line or equivalent technology.
* General and channel marketing knowledge with ability to design programs to reach targeted vertical markets.
* Understanding of and proven ability to sell “with the channels”
* Business intuition – know where the business places are and how to win.
* Ability to successfully manage the business independently.
* Strong systems experience including CRM.
* Experience in tender process in target vertical channel.

Retail Market Development Executive – Jabodetabek
He/She plays a key role in formulating strategy in retail sales programs/activities, developing channel coverage within Jabodetabek, building relationships with retailers, maintaining channel loyalties, administrating the distribution of marketing literatures, managing the channels conflicts and organizing new product training & IT shows.

Job Descriptions :

Drive sales & build a closed business-relationships with channel partners within Jabodetabek area.
Develops & implement channel sales programs & promotional activities to support sales.
Responsible for overseeing retail channel development & expansion.
Ensure channel partner receives and understands product and marketing information and is trained in all areas of product knowledge.
Organize IT Shows / Roadshow (as a teamwork) and sales training to channel partners (e.g: product training).
Responsible for the distribution of marketing/products literatures, promotional materials & other POSM material.
Collects & analyse competitive information regularly.
Develop and maintain quarterly forecast for key channel partner.
Visit channel partner,(both traditional retailer & modern outlets) on regular basis.
Together with channel partners, follows up on sales leads with objective is to close the deal.

Qualification & Experience :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/ IT / Computer Science.
Minimum 3 (three) years of related experience in the sales/channel management in IT distribution business and have a wide network with IT traditional resellers and/or modern channels.
Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, channel sales & presentation skills.

Service Support Engineer – Laser Printer product (Indonesia-based)
Responsibilities :

Manage & supervise service channel partners/relationships.
Primary interface with service providers on technical enquiries.
Resolves technical issues and as focal contact to disseminate product information.
Perform & develop robust processes to provide excellent technical support.
Organize and deliver technical service/products training at regular intervals.
Develop & implement service communications, promotions & enhancement programs.
Monitor & measure service providers’ performances & standard level.

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic Engineering with minimum 3(three) years relevant distributor support experiences preferably in laser printer vendor(s) level.
Self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as a team member.
Good knowledge on computer applications, pleasant personality nd good interpersonal & communication skills.
Male are preferred with age maximum 35 (thirty-five) years old.
Willing to travel occasionally within Indonesia and/or abroad.
