Qualification :
- S1 Fresh Graduate in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Metalurgy / Engineering
- Min GPA 2.75
- Able to work in team
- Understand to plan a productino system
- Understand to make quality planning procedure
- Understand to make quality control system
- Understand to optimize production method in technical aspect and efficient
- Able to decide process control
- Understand to supervise machine operation
- Understand to optimize machine lay-out
- Able to communicate vertically and horizontally
- Willingness to placed in Karawang Timur (shuttle bus provided)

Graphic Design Engineer - Karawang
Qualifications

* Min S1 in Engineering, preferably in Graphic/Product Design Engineer
* Age 28 to 32 years
* Min 3 to 5 years of experience with Graphics Design
* Automotive preferred
* Also acceptable with other industry
* Able to operate computer applications
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Able to work in a team
* Able to communicate in English
* Willingness to be placed in Karawang Timur

Roles

* Create Design for vehicle graphics
* Generating design options for above through computer
* Make initial prototypes with digital printing
* Application of prototype on vehicle for product design evaluation
* Finalize design & drawings with Research & Development Dpt.

Responsibilities :

• Supplier process validation for new samples
  
• Parts approval.
  
• Product testing for performance and audit
  
• Parts a sub system testing

Qualifications :

• S1 / D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  
• 2-3 years working experience.
  
• Experience in Automotive / Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industry will be preferred
  
• Good interpersonal skill, hardworking a high initiative.

Retail Finance Manager
Job Responsibility:

• Build a healthy relationship with finance companies.
• Should be able to negotiate and deliver competitive finance schemes to the dealers.
• Identify; negotiate potential finance companies, which can fund TVS vehicles.
• Train Regional distributors on Finance company handling.
• Train TVS team on scheme formulations and how to build relationship at regional levels.
• Study competitive finance schemes and develop strategic directions for business growth.

Person Profile:

• Should have 10 + years of experience in Automobile financing.
• Preferable MBA.
• High Maturity levels, to handle complex relationship.
• Likes socializing.
