• Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company's business
  
• Able to do legal drafting.
  
• Legal contract negotiation with customers
  
• Act as an internal legal advisor to all departements & company's management.
  
• Create internal regulation to support company's operation
  
• Handle dispute settlement both internally & externally.
  
• Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company's business.

• Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, majoring in Civil law/ bussines / economic law / international law.
  
• Fluent in English both oral & Writing.
  
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
  
• Excellent consulting, good analitical, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure.
  
• Able to work independently (with minimum supervisory) & as a part of a team.
  
• Min. 2 (two) years experience in the same position.

• Minimum Diploma Degree, preferable from civil or architect with minimum GPA. 2,75.
• Having at least 2 years experience as a Drafter in BTS Contractor company.
  
• Having ability to calculate the project budgeting
  
• Advance knowledge of Auto Cad and equal.
  
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet.
  
• Good communication and writing in English.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, pro active, high motivation and self driven.
  
• Fast learner and initiative, can work independently and team work.
  
• Domicile around of Jakarta or Bekasi.

• Minimum D3, Telco or Computer. fresh graduate are welcome
• Graduate from a well-known and reputable university
• Have a good knowledge with IP Numbering, IP Routing, and SNMP
• Basic Knowledge for Wireless Transmission System; E1,T1,TX/RX, and Cross Connection
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure and Hardware; LAN and IP Routing thru E1
• Excellent computer knowledge
• Having knowledge survey (Engineering & LOS)

• Installation of hardware
• Software setup and verification
• Integration and Testing network
• Handling transmission PDH, SDH,and RBS 2G/3G
• Handling survey (Engineering & LOS)
