We are currently seeking high caliber individuals to support CEVA Logistics business growth in Indonesia. We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:

Customer Service Manager
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to new, existing and returning customers and is in charge of developing and realizing the customer service guidelines which match with company policy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum five years experience in customer service/customer relationship management preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Advance in Ms. Office.
  • Having experiences in transport and warehouse management
  • Leadership technique, initiate and stimulate cooperation within a team.
  • Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
  • Problem solving at a strategic level, working with others to reach a resolution.
Internship for IT Application (3 months)
Qualifications:
  • IT Programmer candidates (D3 or S1)
  • Has basic knowledge in one of programming language (Delphi or VB /. Net or Java)
  • Has knowledge in web programming (preferable)
  • Good communication skill and attitude

HR Admin Executive (temporary)
Report to HR Manager, this position will be responsible:
To support function of respective manager in handling report, filling and documentation data base.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Secretary or Business Administration programmer from reputable university
  • Age 25 – 30 years
  • Having min 1 year as HR administration staff
  • Fluent in English, Familiar using MS Office is a must
  • Willing to travel
  • Preferably has knowledge handling KITAS and other documents for foreign employee

Recruitment Executive
Report to HR Manager, this position will be responsible:
To support function of respective manager in handling recruitment & selection process as well as report, filling and documentation data base.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology
  • Age 25 – 30 years
  • Having min 1 year as recruitment and selection staff
  • Fluent in English, Familiar using MS Office is a must
  • Willing to travel

Business Development Analyst
To assist in the preparation of detailed logistics service proposals, cost models and presentations for potential CEVA business client which are in line with CEVA Logistics’s strategic focus, fully costed and structured in accordance with CEVA Logistics Asia’s pricing principles and business ethics

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Logistics or related subject
  • 1-2 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain functions
  • Sufficient knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Transportation System and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills
  • Good business acumen and commercial sense
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Advanced in MS Office (Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Power Point, Project, Access)
