Senior Designer
The job involves designing office and commercial spaces for pitching to potential clients. This job requires high skill in combining esthetic and functions into design, and deep understanding types of material to be used to construct the design.

The job involves managing an end to end process of an Interior Design Project, from preliminary client meeting, pitching, winning a tender, coordinating design process, and coordinating building process until project close out.

Requirements:
- Male, Max 30 years old
- Degree in Interior Design/Architect from a reputable university
- 3 years experience in a similar position (Office and Commercial Space interior design)
- Able to use 3D Max, Archicad and/or Autocad
- Able to work in a tight deadline and minimum supervision
- Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet)

- Degree in Interior Design/Architect from a reputable university
- Min 5 years experience in a similar position (Office and Commercial Space interior project)
- Experience in managing an end to end interior design and build project (Office and Commercial spaces)
- Has a good business sense, importance and urgency
- Should posses excellent communication skills using both English and Indonesian, well structured and able to set the priorities right
- Able to coordinate various project elements to achieve project objective
- Able to work in a tight deadline and minimum supervision
- Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet)
