Executive Account Manager

Our client is a big US MNC and a leading provider of communication equipment and solutions to service providers. With a presence in nearly 100 countries all over the world, they strive to build state-of-the-art networking infrastructure for service providers. Due to its expansion in Indonesia, they are currently looking for an Executive Account Manager to join their dynamic team to further enhance their position in Indonesia.

Jobs Description: (The incumbent will be entrusted with 3 core activities)

Sales and Account Management:
  • Responsible for driving all sales related activities – understand the customer needs, identify/generate the opportunity, qualify, develop, negotiate & close the opportunities with customers
  • Meet or exceed annual quota set by sales management;
  • Manage the existing customer accounts
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Business Development and Clients’ Satisfaction
  • Accountable for the development and execution of creative sales strategies for existing customers and new customers to further grow Tellabs business in Indonesia
  • Managing current executive relations & building new executive relations in service providers organizations
Strategic Marketing and Partnership Development: Responsible for creating the company’s brand awareness in Indonesia

Desired Criterions:
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in dealing with Indonesia Telecom Operators
  • Significant pre-existing relationships and understanding of the Indonesia Telecom market
  • Preferably from an equipment vendor background & has previous engagement with Carrier equipment
  • Experience in Channel Management
