GML Performance Consulting has implemented more than 300* strategy and performance management consulting projects that produce tangible results in sales, market share, and productivity growth for our client organizations. Our team consists of consultants from USA, Australia, Finland, Malaysia and Indonesia. Our client list includes some of the largest, public listed, and multinational corporations as well reputable government organizations operating in Asia. Our consultants are advising top level CEOs, Ministers, and Directors. To support our Consulting Practice , we are looking for:

Administration Staff (Code: ADM-S)

The Roles:

• Collect lists of follow up items from workshops
  
• Input follow up items to the system.
  
• Send reminders for follow up items to participants.
  
• Keep track of participants progress
  
• Help in learning development departement

To apply, you must specifically be:

• Have a Master’s degree, with GPA (IP) minimum 2,75
  
• Maximum age 25 years old
  
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
  
• Good communication, organizing and team work
  
• Good in work with details and eager to learn
  
• Be highly achievement driven, yet humble in self-improvements
