The chief responsibility is to organise the business affairs of the Managing Director in the Bali office. The incumbent will need to be able to complete the following tasks effectively:

* Follow up on tasks, operational matters and special assignments under direction from the Managing Director
* Schedule appointments, diarise upcoming meetings & events and handle all correspondence for the Managing Director
* Establish and maintain efficient filing and reporting systems

The successful applicant must possess the following skills and experience:

* Excellent English communication, organisational and computer skills
* 24 – 35 years old, female
* 4 - 6 years experience in a similar work environment, preferably in luxury hotels
* Quick-thinking, pro-active and able to follow through on tasks without needing constant reminding
* Able to manage multiple complex tasks while working according to a flexible schedule

The incumbent will report to the Managing Director. Starting date is March 2010.
