Call Center Agent
Call center Agent will be responsible to answer all incoming call from client user, record all complaints related to the application and provide first level support to resolve the issue. Escalate the un-solved case to Application support team for further action.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Answering call from client user
  • Record / Log all incoming call
  • Provide 1st level support to client user
  • Escalate case to Application Support team for further action
  • Ensure all call responded and resolved within SLA
  • Submit daily call center activity report
Qualification for a call center agent :
  • Male or female maximum age 30
  • Minimum qualification D III (Diploma) IT related
  • Have a good and pleasant communicate skill
  • Good Common English speaking
  • Ready to work in 3 rotating shift
  • Ability to operate computer
  • Highly discipline and client satisfaction oriented personality
  • Independent and pro-active in problem solving
  • Experienced in similar position will be an added advantages
J2ME Programmer
General Requirement:
  • Fresh graduate is considerable
  • Min 1 year experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
Technical Requirement:
  • Having knowledge about J2ME
  • Having experience in mobile banking will be an advantage
Application Support
You will be responsible for the Microfinance core-banking system rollout activities. You will participate actively in implementing, training, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting/ fixing customers’ solutions at site. You are also involved in implementing upgrades and changes to their environments. You will work very closely with named customers and also with Application’ s local partner. You need to have goodcommunication skills, enjoy traveling and meeting people and trouble-shooting, basic knowledge of project management is a plus.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • On Site (customer’s office) implementation
  • Application configuration and setting
  • Application and connection testing
  • Application Training
  • Application Support
Qualifications for a Application Support Engineer are:
  • Technical background IT
  • Ideally 2 years experience in similar positions
  • Excellent customer-oriented and service-minded approach
  • Ability to work under tight schedule and pressure
  • International project and core-banking experience is major advantage
  • Strong written and verbal Englishcommunication skills
  • Team oriented
  • Contractual 6 months extendable and chances to become permanent
