Qualifications required :
· A strong track record of personal and professional growth in the hospitality industry
· Strong experience in property maintenance system
· Strong leadership skills and mature professionalism
· Possess the ability to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels of the hotel
· Have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and ability to educate others in property maintenance system
· Minimum of 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) years in property maintenance experience in international four/five star hotel
· Proven record in delivering operating results and standard in international four/five star hotel
· Possess good supervision skill to a renovation project
· Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering
· Speaks and writes good English
