• Director Of Restaurant / Food & Beverage Manager
GENERAL DUTIES:
Ensures highest service provided to guests in all Restaurants and bars. Strong in customer relations and associate training according to international 5* standards. Achieve high profitability and efficiency with highly motivated and trained associates for restaurants, banquets and bars.
• Duty Manager
GENERAL DUTIES:
Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. Position directs and works with managers and associates to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and associate satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department
• Supervisor of Loss Prevention
General Duties
The Supervisor Of loss Prevention, in the absence of the Director , overseas the daily activities of all Security / Emergency personnel. Maintain safety by adhering to safe work policies, being responsible to report all accident immediately. Support all safety programs , Ensure that there are no slip & tripping hazards and proper safety instruction are given before operating any equipment
• Sous Chef For Indonesia & Western Kitchen
GENERAL DUTIES:
We are looking for great hands on chefs, who knows how to cook traditional Indonesian / continental cuisine and is able to train junior chefs. Supervise food preparation in kitchen (all day dining restaurant) to ensure a consistent, high quality food product. If you have the passion, talent and motivation to cook great food every day – than you are the person we are looking for.
• GSA Front Desk
GENERAL DUTIES:
Serving guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following Marriott standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures.
• Technician
GENERAL DUTIES::
To attended the M & E plant of the hotel in a continuous 24 hours basis divided into three ships.
Monitoring and maintain of utilities consumption.
• Chef de Partie For Indonesia & Western Kitchen
GENERAL DUTIES:
Great hands on chefs for Indonesian or continental cuisine trained, for a la carte, buffet or banquet operations. Ensures authentic cooking in a five star hotel environment with international operational standards. If your passion is cooking and you love working in a great team – than you are the right person.
• Commis For Indonesia & Western Kitchen
GENERAL DUTIES:
We are looking for young talents who love cooking and would love to develop themselves. Learn more under the supervision of the more experienced chefs, listen to customer requests and engaging customers. Basic experience required, passion for cooking a must.
Waiter/Waitress
GENERAL DUTIES:
We are looking for talents, who love serving our national and international customers with highest international hospitality standards in a super modern restaurant. Since we have many international customers, English is essential.
Requirement
• Having experience in similar position min two years in five stars hotel
• Graduated from reputable university or academy tourism
• Able to Speak English Oral and Written
• Candidate should have a strong and attractive personality, good manner, and sociable
• Energetic, self-motivated and excellent communication skill
• Good team player, reliable person, high responsibility and able to work independently
• Has the ability to perform in a highly dynamic environment and to work under pressure
• Able to develop good interpersonal relationship and strong persuasion
