Site Administrator
We require Site Administrator which will be placed all over Indonesia to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will support and contribute to the achievement of continuous quality improvement in the delivery of services to customers. You also have to maintain administration tasks to high level standard of client’s staff files.
Key Skills / Qualities:
* Academy or Under graduate from Administration Faculty, will be advantage having min.1year experience in Hospital Administration
* Mature, pleasant and confident personality
* Fluency in English language and computer literate
* Demonstrated initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals
* Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
Paramedic

* General Practitioner, Has completed his/her mandatory government service / PTT is an advantage
* Posses STR & ATLS/ ACLS/ Hiperkes training certificates.

Head Nurse
We require a Head Nurse to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

* Nursing Academy graduate, will be advantage with experiences more than 10 years
* preferably with Head Nurse position before.
* Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills.

Assistance/ Operations Coordinator
As Assistance/ Operations Coordinator you are part of our Alarm Center Team, where you will be put into situation that test all your skills. You may called upon to coordinate a member’s medical care abroad, support a team of professionals in the field or manage remote site service delivery.
Key skills / Qualities :
* Fresh graduated ( Academy/ University ) preferably with 1 (one) year or more experiences in telephone and administrative work, or customer service
* Fluent English ( both written and spoken )
* Computer literate ( MS Word, Excel )
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
* Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
* Flexibility to undertake new assignments to contribute to department improvements
* Respect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentation
* A high standard of administrative skills, correspondence in English and management of filling systems
