SALES EXECUTIVE – Jakarta Sales Office
Qualifications & Attributes :
- Strong knowledge with Jakarta markets (Corporate, MICE, Wholesale/Travel Agents, Government, etc)
- Having selling and negotiation skills with goal focus.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Female and Indonesian/local candidates only.
- At least 2/3 years experience in similar capacity from international 4/5 star hotel.
- High level of creativity, analytical and strong numerical skills.
- Strong administration, managerial, organizational skills and problem-solving.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.
- Strong leadership, empowerment skills, assertive, able to organize, detail oriented, self driven with strong initiative and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, outgoing personality, excellent attitude, energetic, self starter, independent, responsible and confident.
- Has the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communications & interaction skills with both internal and external customers and computer skills.
