Field Service Technician at Cameron Johor, Malaysia base

Our subsea facility in Johor, part of our business expansion in
Malaysia, seeks suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Field Service Technician
Johor (Malaysia)


Responsibilities:

Installation and servicing of Cameron Oil Tool products both
onshore and offshore
Investigate and diagnose any deficiency which may impede efficient
installation and act to correct the situation.
Provide the customer's representative with sufficient information
and guidance to ensure correct task completion.
Document non-conformances in the field via the Field Performance
Reporting (FPR) system.
Review procedures and drawings of equipment, carry out checks on
equipment (visual and written) and carry out preparation work prior to
equipment being used.
Attend and participate in Site Integration Testing / Site Receival Testing
To liaise with customer and provide on-site feedback.
Carry out work in strict adherence to company procedures
Where applicable submit daily / weekly reports at the completion
of the work. All reports to be submitted in a timely manner.
Complete Field Service Orders (FSO) and ensure before
demobilisation that the customer has reviewed and signed the FSO.
Provide maintenance and spares usage forms
Assist with training and competence development of Personnel as
required both onshore and offshore.
Ensure Health, Safety, Security & Environmental procedures are adhered to

Requirements:

Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical preferable. .
Operational Field Service background essential with a minimum of 2
years oil industry involvement.
Qualifications can be offset by acquired experience and attained skill sets
Ability to work to meet project operation deadlines
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
Possess initiative & a team player
Willing to mobile in APME region
PC skills to include, Excel, Word.
