HEAD OF NATURAL RESOURCES (Code : HNR)
Natural Resources is a specialist industry segment within Corporate Banking. The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the development of ANZ's natural resources business across South East Asia through : servicing the financial needs of an existing high profile client base and acquisition and development of new clients. Responsibilities include the coordination of product strategies for the clients, developing financial solutions to clients needs, driving overall client EVA and responsibility for credit risk.
Essential Requirements :

• 10 years relevant experience
• Tertiary qualification, preferably to Masters level, in Commerce, Business, Accounting and Economics
• Capable of identifying and leading/controlling a team of appropriate specialists directed againts a spesific opportunity or group of clients
• Excellent international banker with growing network contacts, enabling effective delivery of global problem solutions
• Among the highest corporate finance, skill and market knowledge
• Strong client handling, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Has excellent access and credibility with top management of the client and is able to leverage it
• Has the ability to initiate and close the most complex transactions
