MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENTDENT

Reporting to Project Manager, this position will be responsible for providing maintenance expertise through policies, standard setting and auditing to MCP and contractor appointed to manage aspects of MCP activities

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 10 years experience in maintenance trade in an industrial setting, 5 years experience in supervisory role, excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all levels, experience working in development country and with different culture, strong leadership skills, ability to make decision under pressure, strategic planning, innovative and preseverance to achieve goals.

You must able to fluently converse and write in English. Ability ro speak Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage and experience in sucessfully coaching and monitoring employees who reports to you will be consideration to selection
