PT. Dulmison Indonesia as part of Tyco Electronics, produce hardware to distribution amd transmission power lines is seeking young, motivated candidates to fill the posts of :
1. HR & General ADmint. Sr. Officer (HRD)
2. Development Engineer (DE)
3. Testing Officer (TO)
4. Project Leader (PL)

Basic Requirements :
- Male/Female, preferably graduate from S1 degree and majoring in any field preferred in Psychology (1) or Mechanical Engineering (2) or Mechanical or Electrical (3) and or D3 degree from business admin with strong technical skill or Engineering (4) with min GPA 2.75
- Min. 8 years experience in HR & GA matters with min. 200 employee in the same field (1), 2 years(2,3) in project scheduling using Ms. Project or similar min. 3 years (4)
- Good English skill both writting and verbal (1,2,3,4) and computer literate Ms. Office (1)
- Familiar with payroll system, Recruitment and Selection, C* B, MPP, OD, Job Analys, Job Evaluation & Grading, Matrix competency, experience in designing & developing HR IS, Performance Appraisal & Career planning (1), Expert in AutoCAD & ProEngineer (2), MFG Pro knowledge will be advantage, good communicator, team player & self motivated & ability to achieve deadline (4)
- Preferably live in East Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang (2,3)
