SUPERINTENDENT LAND ACQUISITION
Reporting to The Community Relations, Development and Land Acquisition Manager, this position will be responsible for designing and implementing stategies and action plans for the acquisition of land required for the project in accordance with goverment regulations, BHPB guidelines and project management directive and schedule
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years hands-on experiences in handling land compensation issues, strong background in duties related to community and goverment relations, experienced in negotiation and conflict reduction, extensive knowledge in Indonesian mining and land laws and regulations, in-depth knowledge in land issues in various areas and cultures, and be sensitive towards local cultures
Advanced communication and negotitation skill will be required as you will have extensive contacts with goverment and community groups which frequently have conflicting perspectives and interests
