Accountant
Reporting to F & A Manager and Country Financial Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meeting deadlines as detailed on the financial reporting calendar.
  • Provide accurate information for decision making on time.
  • Ensure account payable ledger stated accurately.
  • Ensure all expenses recorded in appropriate period.
  • Ensure deadlines are met concerning recording and reporting of financial data.
Specific responsibilities:

SGS Indonesia:
  • Responsible for the recording and reporting of the Accounts Payable Ledger, including the preparation and entry of all vouchers.
  • Responsible for the payment preparation of Account Payable due by issuing cheque or transfer form.
  • Responsible for checking Travel Expenses reimbursement.
  • Responsible for preparing Tax payment and Tax Slip.
  • Responsible for preparing summary of Skill Allowance & out of Town Allowance for salary process.
  • Responsible for applying new number of mobile phone for new employee.
  • Responsible for preparing summary of mobile phone billing for business and personal usage.
  • Responsible for preparation and entry payment received from clients.
  • Responsible for distribution pay slip to all employee.
  • Responsible for updating Cash Balance three times in a week.
  • Responsible for data entry for all payment vouchers.
  • Responsible for preparing personnel expenses, Cost Breakdown of CTS.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, recording, preparation, posting of all asset register documents and checking the accuracy of the Asset Register.
  • Responsible for preparation, recording, posting of all asset register documents and checking the accuracy of the Asset Register.
  • Responsible for the issuing, attaching and controlling of asset labels.
  • Responsible for the preparation of all bank reconciliations.
  • Completion of any tasks that may be required from time to time by your superiors.
SGS S.A – GIS Indonesia:
  • Responsible for checking and getting approval of supplier invoice, advance or monthly expenses of consultants.
  • Responsible for the payment preparation by issuing cheque or transfer form, recording and posting for all payments.
  • Responsible for the payment of petty cash vouchers and replenishment.
  • Responsible for preparing salary for messenger and temporary staff.
  • Responsible for preparing cash request submitted to Geneva.Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for preparing entry, posting and process all transaction into Sun System.
  • Responsible for preparation financial report submitted to Geneva.
  • Responsible for uploading data into HFM for PT SGS Services Indonesia, PT Qualitech Perdana and PT Win Pacific
