Field Representative (Sales & Marketing)

Our client is a Multinational Company and global leader in smartphone device solution in the telecommunication industry. In line with their strategic growth, they are seeking a driven individual to join their team in Jakarta.

The incumbent will assume all responsibility to demonstrate the correct merchandising, sales and marketing technique in order to succeed, and deliver both the core and added value KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily store visits
  
• Conduct audit and competitors’ products and collect other marketing information inside the outlets
  
• Increase the visibility, brand awareness and presence in all areas of the market
  
• Maintain effective communication within team
  
• Build positive relationships with outlets
  
• Keep informed of all market trends
  
• Maintain performance records and KPI

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
  
• 2 years experience in field sales or field marketing
  
• Good knowledge of telecommunications market, especially smartphone
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Highly motivated and pro-active with dynamic character
