CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)

Reporting to ADC Supervisor, she will be responsible to give excellent & professional service to customer in accordance to the quality customer service guidance, provide information and coordinate with related section to achieve customer expectation and satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Female, maximum 30 years old
  
• Minimum Diploma with more than 2 years experience in dealing with customers
  
• Service Excellence
  
• Willing to be located in Serpong

General requirements:

• Positive Attitude
  
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software and lotus notes
  
• Proficient in English (oral & written)
  
• Excellent Interpersonal skill and Communication skill
