We are now looking for HR Supervisor to strengthen our HR team.

HR SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

• Male, S1 degree, preferably from Law faculty.
  
• Possessing general HR experience in manufacturing environment around 3 – 5 years.
  
• Competent in Industrial Relations, Employee Communications & General Affairs functions with updating knowledge of labor regulations.
  
• Capable to run Recruitment & Training activities with working knowledge of HR Management concepts.
  
• Having good Personnel Administrations works.
  
• Familiar with Ms Office and capable to communicate in English are a must.
  
• Team player, communicative, firm but persuasive, pro active, familiar to work by data and numbers.
