We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Insurance.

Promotion Manager

Scope of work:

Working closely with the head of marketing and communications in the Shared Services Company to contribute to the development and implementation of a marketing plan that supports all Company plans and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Copywriting of sales, promotional materials related to brochures, products, posters, internal corporate communications, website, fact sheet and executive biographies.
  
• Developing, implementing and managing public relations activities that promote awareness of the Company and increase desirability of the products and services.
  
• Developing and communicating market research feedback to support sales channels and corporate plans.
  
• Developing, implementing and managing brand guidelines.
  
• Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure that costs are managed effectively and efficiently.
  
• Supporting internal and external communications as appropriate.

General requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years marketing experience and managing a marketing team.
  
• 6 years experience in a life assurance business and with experience in Bancassurance, banking and retail sales.
  
• Good knowledge of life insurance theory and products.
  
• Have successfully led small and large projects to conclusion.
  
• University graduate (MBA/Masters degree would be an advantage)
  
• Proficient in oral and written English.
