Payroll Assistant (PA)
Qualification :
- Min. D-3 level majoring in Accounting, Computerized Accountancy, Management with Cumulative GPA min 2.75
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling human resources administration in area of payroll.
- Able to communicate in English both oral & written & good computer literacy (MS. Excel).
- Familiar with any payroll software, jamsostek & PPh 21.
- Prepare employee salary administration (print and distribute salary administration slip) and prepare calculation of employee salary, bonus, insurance and income tax to help employee salary administration process.
- Prepare and calculate overtime report (annually, monthly) from all departments and HR reimbursement report (business travel, medical, transportation, etc) to support company’s budget effectiveness.
- Develop administration support for all employees (employee’s letter and reference) to ensure employee’s rights and benefit based on company’s procedures.
- Develop employee’s data records include new employees and involved in employees recruitment process in order to provide administration support.
- Prepare and develop manpower report (monthly) for head office as basis of calculation process for the company.
