General requirements for all positions:
• Graduated from Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power or Instrumentation & Control frpm reputable university.
• Able to communicate in English & computer literate.
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure & good teamwork.
• Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider s products is an advantage.
HR COMPENSATION & BENEFIT MANAGER (HR-CB)
• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) Management / MIPA / industrial Engineering or other Social Sciences.
• Min. 5 Years Experience in same field.
• Familiar with Mercer, and other HR Tools Methodology and practices.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
BRANCH SUPPORT MANAGER (BSM)
• Min. 4 years exp. in automation sales and / or sales project.
• Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customers in areas outside Jabotabek in full coordination with branch offices.
• Knowledge in MMM, F&B or general industries is an advantage.
CREDIT CONTROL & ADVISORY MANAGER (CCAM)
• Min. Bachelor degree (S1).
• Responsible for leading, developing and managing the credit control and collection team.
• Exp. in managing risk by assessing customer credit worthiness, efficient use of Credit Insurer and also the collection function.
• Good knowledge in securing prompt payment from customers and maintaining sound credit control procedures.
• Min. 5 years exp. in same field.
• Good understanding in International Industrial Company (Credit Control) and Financial Accounting (SAP).
SALES SERVICES ASST. MANAGER (SSAM)
• Exp. 5 years in the same field.
• Good knowledge in Schneider product, application system, competitor product, technical knowledge, specific application of industry, negotiation & customer relation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
SYSTEM ENGINEER (SYE)
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Industrial Automation/Control System Project Execution (SCADA/HMI, DCS, RTU or PLC).
• Knowledge in IT networking and/ or programming will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Database (SQL) Willing to be an advantage.
• Knowledge in AutoCad or M. Visio Willing to be an advantage.
• Good understanding in P&ID diagram, Electrical Single Line Diagram, Electrical/Control Wiring Diagram.
• Good understanding in Testing Method.
• Good understanding in Wiring & Termination Method.
SITE SERVICE ENGINEER (STSE)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in several relevant fields/ technical field.
• Familiar with Schneider product knowledge (commissioning, problem solving and maintenance, MV & LV), testing procedure, setting calculation and application on any kind of relay protection.
• Good knowledge in Computer wiring diagram, electrical network process, aut.hitech, technical.
• Willing to travel & able to work under pressure in remote area.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - POWER (SEEP)
• Min. 5 years exp. in electrical engineering.
• Carry out engineering study (electrical distribution and me) for complex project.
• Provide technical/engineering expertise, including customer s requirement analysis, technical design support.
• Contribute to the technical negotiations in order to provide the best solution of the system and meet to customer requirement.
ENGINEER VVD (EVVD)
• Knowledge in inverter and soft starter, mini PLC, LV MDP, Motor starter.
• Have a good competency to using standard tools and special tools for testing commissioning and maintenance.
ENGINEER BMS (EBMS)
• Knowledge in building management system (security CCTV, camera, etc).
• Have a good competency to using standard tools and special tools for testing commissioning and maintenance.
SALES DISTRIBUTOR COORDINATOR (SDC)
• Min. 2 years experience on projects sales and distribution channel or similar experience.
• Knowledge in purchase contract trading and commercial terms, buying behavior of distributors and shop.
PANEL BUILDER SALES COORDINATOR (PBS)
• Min. 3 years experience in the same field.
• Experience in sales and panel builder.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION (TSED)
• Min. 2 years experience in the same field.
• Experience in products, such as capacitor, electric motor, contractor, transformer medium and low voltage, circuit breaker, relay, metering, etc.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION (TSIA)
• Min. 2 years experience in the same field.
• Understand Quality Directive and distributor s contact.
MARKETING PRODUCT SPECIALIST (MPS)
• Min. 3 years experiences in application on the same related commercial job.
• Know how in marketing, sales, project or other related field are preferred. Having a business sense of decision process in purchasing, project process and applications.
• Knowledge about Automation product offer including Variable Speed Drive and motor applications, low-end control (sensors, terminal blocks, plug-in relays, small controllers), DCS/PLC, SCADA/HMI applications.
PROMOTOR MOTION & DRIVE ENGINEER (MDE)
• Min. 4 years exp in the same field.
• Good knowledge in Schneider product application system, competitor product, technical knowledge, specific application of industry, negotiation & customer relation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT - e-HOUSE SOLUTION (SA-PG)
• Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibilities successfully accomplished in a modular building related industry. End-User and EPC experience is desirable.
• Degree of equivalent in an engineering discipline.
SALES ENGINEER POWER SOLUTION (SE-PS)
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences.
• Know how about sales technique, negotiation, and tender process.
SALES ENGINEER FOR BUILDING SEGMENT (SBS)

• Exp. 5 years as Electrical Project Engineer in contracting activity.
• Knowledge about ISO Procedures.
• Electrical technique, tender & contract Management, commercial, product knowledge, computerization, non Schneider product and equipment knowledge, electrical substation and generation system requirement for industrial and for utility in general.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING OFFICER (MRO)
• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable University.
• Exp. 3-4 years in financial reporting.
• Having knowledge about SAP FI-CO (not mandatory, but preferred), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) & Essbase (not mandatory).
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
• Audit background preffered.
TC EXECUTION ENGINEER (TCEE)
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same position, fresh graduate are welcome.
• Responsible to execute electrical project up to medium scale.
• Demonstrate leadership to work with team, dynamic, passionate to achieve target.
