• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Economy Accountancy/Telecommunication Engineering
  
• More than 5 years experiences as an Auditor in Public Accountants/consulting firm (experience in auditing telecommunication industries highly desirable) or telecommunication company
  
• Hold professional/expertise certification from recognoed professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor, Certified Public Accountant)
  
• Have general knowledge in telecommunication network, especially in GSM and 3G environment
  
• Managerial & supervisory experience
  
• Project Management skills

• Effective follow up with vendors / contractors / consultants.
• Responsible of timely and quality construction of offices, MSC’s, Franchises and other commercial outlets
• Supervise Team
• Act as a Linchpin between different departments within the division.
• Weekly report, highlighting regional activities
• Responsible for issuing rental / other payments to lessors / vendor.
• Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently.
• Should be able to contribute towards the implementation of the procurement processes
• Should be flexible to travel frequently

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in any related discipline or extensive/long professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

• Maintaining RBT operation from cutting song, converting song and uploading song to RBT system.
• Maintaining SMS boradcast opeartion from token settlement message approval and black list maintainance to SMS broadcast system.
• Developing required documents in Product Development such as Product Data Sheets/Product Definition Document, Product FAQ, Product Training Material, Product KPI.
• Developing and updating/maintaining the process or procedures related to Mobile Content & RBT products/services in NTS.
• Producing a monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of Mobile Content Product Development, SMS Broadcast and RBT.
• Monitoring and reporting the quality of Mobie Content & RBT Products/Services.

• Min. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Economic, Management or Marketing
• Min. 3 years experience in Mobile Content Operation, SMS Broadcast operation, Product Planning or Product Management.
• Have knowledge of Technology Development (especially in GSM/WCDMA technology), Marekting & Sales.
• Have good communication skill in English and Bahasa.
• Have good skills in negotiation, presentation and interpersonal.
