Earth Fortune Limited is a British Virgin Islands company set up to develop exploration and mining rights in Indonesia. Currently, it holds a 95% stake in a foreign owned Indonesian Company, PT Earth Fortune (incorporated on 28 August 2008), which is in the process of obtaining a mining contractors license. Once the legal documentation is in place, PT Earth Fortune will have the right to mine and explore on the concession areas currently held by a related party which has zinc, lead and silver deposits in Sumatera, Indonesia.

Finance Director / VP

Reporting directly to the President, your roles responsibility will be managing the financial and management accounting, apart from supporting the Company’s Operations in the mining industry which based in Jakarta.

This position requires you to perform the following tasks:

• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial statements
  
• Build up rapport and relationship with the external parties such as business partners, bankers, government, etc.
  
• Able to establish, implement and maintain a good Accounting Policies and Procedures
  
• Able to establish, implement and maintain proper Internal Control System to ensure integrity of reporting and Cost Control Measure
  
• To provide full supports to Superior ensuring targets are met

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications
  
• Matured, possessed at least 10 years experience in handling full set of accounts
  
• Meticulous and have a knack for numbers
  
• Independent and self-motivated
  
• Possesses integrity, excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and very good analytical skills
  
• High degree of computer literacy
  
• Able to withstand pressure, work long hours and very hands-on
  
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential
  
• Results Oriented
