A. Sales & Marketing Staff (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Female, max. 32 years old.
• Graduated from diploma or university in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & Marketing or trading Business area.
• Experience in coal Trading is preferable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Optimistic and energetic personality, enjoying responsibilities and able to take own initiatives.
• Analytical Thinking and Communication skill required.
• Creative, hard worker, able to work under pressure, active & dynamic.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Sales & Marketing Manager & Director.
• Research for new business area.
• Responsible in developing business and creating a good cooperation with partners.
• Develop activities such as Meeting arrangement, approach new partners and maintain relation with old partners.
• Monitor and control the implementation of plan and ensure excellent execution and target achievement, as well as reporting the update progress on activities to user and facilitate communication from partner to user.

B. Junior Accounting & Tax Staff (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Female max 25 years old and single.
• Diploma or University graduate in Account/Tax Major.
• Minimum 2 year working experience in Accounting and Tax position.
• Understand Indonesia Tax regulation and policy, experience in tax consultant is preferable.
• Having Brevet A & B.
• Experience in operate e-SPT.
• Capable with accounting & tax reporting systems.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Mature, Hard worker, Dynamic, Discipline & Honest.
• Able to maintain performance under pressure.
• Active English.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, evaluate and coordinate occupational health and safety policy and practices throughout the company in order to create a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

Male, 30 – 40 years old
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational health, safety, or related areas
With GPA ≥ 3.00
Having min. 4 years experience in occupational health and safety
Having knowledge and skills in Health and Safety System in mining and agribusiness workplace
Able to implement SMK3 and ISO 18001
Having K3 certification will be advantageous
Have good leadership
Hard woking and able work in a team
Willing to be placed in project location

Accounting Junior Staff (Code; AJS)

Requirements:

Female, 20 – 25 years old
Hold Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university
With GPA min 3.00

SALES & SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, CONVEYOR COMPONENTS (Balikpapan Base)
Key responsibilities :

Provide a broad range of sales, customer service and aftermarket support to customers in Indonesia.
Develop sales opportunities for Conveyor Components products.
Assess end understand customers equipment performance and reliability in order to reduce operational costs for them.
Develop sales and service plan for designated accounts / territory
Participate in gap and market analysis, forecasting and competitor activity
Assess technical issues and prepare / submit quotations for small to medium expenditure.
Provide customers feedback and monthly status reports on business activity of the accounts.
Partner with customers to provide solutions with respect to Aftermarket Terms and Conditions.
Monitor usage patterns and liaise with Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items.

Your profile :

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 – 5 years of experience in conveyor system maintenance and/or planning, preferably in a mining company.
Proven sales experience or keen to learn sales techniques under the Sales Training Program
Hands-on knowledge in maintenance practices of conveying system and other works related to fixed plant maintenance.
Knowledge of the mining industry and in conveyor service contracts would be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with knowledge in Ellipse and/or AutoCAD.

FINANCE OFFICER (Balikpapan Base)
Kay responsibilities:

Implement a strong finance team to prepare appropriate financial assessment, accounting records and other information.
Implement new financial policies and procedures.
Contribute to optimizing Net Working Capital by Improving Days collections.
Responsible in all aspects of Finance & Accounting: A/P, A/R, tax, bank, reporting.
Monitoring Balikpapan Operational

Your profile :

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimal 3 years of experience in Accounting and or Finance: A/R collection, A/P payment, VAT, Custom. Working experience in multi-national company is a value added.
