Key Account Representative (KAR) For Area Jabotabek & Makassar
You will be responsible to Key Account Manager to handle specific account in modern market for both top line (net sales) and bottom line (profit/cost) performance of the assigned key chain outlets by implementing the strategic directions. She/he also responsible to monitoring and controlling overall aspect of promotion activities from planning, designing and implementing key chain outlets programs to achieve top sales performance.

Job Requirement:

* Bachelor Degree from any discipline, preferable from Management, Accounting or Marketing.
* An experienced FMCG Key Account Superior with at least 3-4 years- sales management experience with major FMCGs.
* Proven sales skills, have high level of enthusiasm and drive.
* Possess good interpersonal skill, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership.
* Good network with key accounts.

AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)
The position will be report to Regional Sales Manager. He/she will responsible to show sales performance and achieve sales target of the area by implementing through implementation of set by the company.

Job Requirement:

* Bachelor degree from any major with min. 3 years of working experience of traditional market in FMCG as Area Sales Manager.
* Have strong strategic planning and organizing skill, good business acumen, good interpersonal skill, communication skill, initiative and self-motivated.
* Willing to re allocated based on company need (preferred candidates coming from Palembang, Semarang, DIY & Pekan Baru).

This position will responsible for the design of the electrical, process control and safety systems.

Qualifications :

• Min diploma graduate in Electrical Engineering or Physical Instrumentation Engineering.
• Min. 2 years experiences in Electrical fields, preferable in Food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge in Programming SCADA, Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good in time management, planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressures and good interpersonal skill with all site, project team and vendors.
• Able to speak and written in English.
