PT So Good Food, a Distributor Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company, that has many branches in all provinces in Indonesia and International, currently is opening for following position:

Secretary (Subject : [SEC] [SGF])
Responsibilities:

• Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements
• Planning, developing and implementing filing system for General Manager so as to ensure simple access to required documents
• Coordinating and arranging General Manager’s visitors and personal guests
• Conduct external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
• Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
• Taking care of travel arrangement for General Manager, both domestic and overseas trips
• Taking care of Payroll System
• Influence of Administration procedure

Requirements:

• Female, Christian
• Age 25-35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree on Secretary with min. GPA 3
• 2-3 years experience as secretary and payroll system
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and highly accurate
• High endurance under work pressure
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• High integrity, honest and trustworthy
• Placement Area : Daan Mogot Jakarta

Internal Auditor (Subject : [Internal Audit] [HO])
Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on schedule
• Perform audits according to the program that was created
• Can be assured that any findings based on evidence
• Providing solutions to problems that have been found
• Create audit reports are routinely

Requirements:

• Male
• Max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Accounting Major
• Experience min. 3 years in FMCG companies or public accountant
• Having strong analytical, detail oriented and follow up people
• Willing to travel
• Computer skill ability
• Mature, work independently, used to work under pressure

Requirements:

* MALE, maximum age 35 years old
* University Degree
* Experience min 3 years in Sales Dept as Sales Supervisor
* Having experience in Consumer Goods is preferrably
* Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
* Dare to face the challenges in achieving sales targets
* Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
* Supervising,motivating and monitoring team performance
