Techno Commercial Executive (For East Java: 2 person,West Java:1 person,Sumatera Area: 3 person)
Requirements :

Indonesia citizen aged about 28-40 years old.
Graduated in Agricultural Science background min D3
Fluent in spoke and written English
At least 4 years working experience in sales and marketing of agrochemicals/fertilizers.
Must have distribution knowledge for pesticides.
Domicile in East Java, West Java & Sumatera.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
Posses a valid driving license A

We’re offering the following positions for LV & MV Equipment Manufacturing Facility located in Cikarang :

INDUSTRIAL QUALITY MANAGER (IQM)
Responsible to develop, manage, maintain all Quality Policy. Directives Quality and Quality of Product. Have a solid electrical power application and testing experience in an equipment business. Actively promote towards Quality Culture and Six Sigma.

MATERIAL PLANNING MANAGER (MPM)
Responsibility to manage material project planning progress in terms of replenishment and delivery. To control schedule inventory to meet the target. Familiar to work with SAP program.

QUALITY PRODUCT SUPERVISOR (QPS)
Responsible to manage quality process & product of LV or MV equipment range or metal fabrication, and to ensure the conformance to specification and standard.

TECHNO COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (TCE) – Tendering and Execution
Responsible to clarify and technical and commercial matters during project offering and execution. Execute and manage the order to meet the quality, delivery and cost.

FINANCE PROJECT CONTROLLER (FPC)
Able to follow, track and control the LV & MV equipment project costing. Familiar to work with SAP program.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (EDE)
Responsible for the Electrical Low Voltage and Medium Voltage design engineering in equipment business to meet customer requirements, design optimization. Familiar to work with Auto CAD.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTER (ED)
Assist Design Engineer to fulfill specific Electrical/Mechanical design requirements to meet customer request. Familiar to work with Auto CAD.

General Requirements :

3-5 years experience in related job
Graduated in Electrical Engineering (IQM, QPS, TCE, EDE, ED) or Industrial Engineering (MPM), or Accounting (FPC)
Initiative, high integrity, fast learning, and good analytical skill. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and an excellent team player
Highly motivated to grow with World Class Organization
Demonstrate solid leadership skill
Proficiency in English both verbal and written
Computer literate e.g. : Windows, SAP applications

Electrical Design Engineering (EDE)
Responsible for the Law Voltage and/or Medium Voltage design engineering to meet customer requirements and adapted to production capabilities

Techno Commercial Engineer (TCE)
Responsible in managing projects which includes understanding and translating technical spesification into Schneider products and offer, to estimate project costing while making sure its On Time Deliveries within agreeable time schedule, cost and Schneider quality standard

Method Engineer (ME) / Lean Manufacturing Expert (LME)
To efficiency lean manufacturing methodologies in the production process to ensure continued improvement. This will include finding ways to reduce cycle time and eliminate waste by identifying value vs non value added action, ways and means to continually improve and cut costs

Final Quality Control Enginner (FQC)
To supervise and control quality inspection/test of product based on production planning, and to ensure quality of products inspected

Six Sigma - Black Belt (SSB)
Provide leadership and action to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Six Sigma strategy and tools to improve process capability and eliminate detects. Facilitate, educate and coach Green Belt, team members, and others in the use of Six Sigma tools and application. Communicate teams progress to Champions and Streering Committee and to identify potential process improvement projects

Production Supervisor (PS)
To make sure that all shopfloor activities are contolled in order to deliver the target set

Production Line Manager (PLM)
To manage operations in his line to ensure cmpany targets : quality of service, quality of product, cost of projects / products, and capital employed

General Requirements :

Graduate in Engineering (Electrical Power / Mechanical / Industrial / Engineering Physic)
Min. 2 years (as Engineer) and 5 years (as Manager) of experience in related job
Proficiency in English both verbal and written, Computer literate (Ms. Office)
High integrity, fast learning, good analytical skill
Able to work under pressure with minimum supercisory and excellence team player
Knowledge en previous exposure with Schneider products range are definite advantages
