Year 1975 was the beginning of business of PT Infomedia Nusantara as the first company providing telephone information service in Indonesia. Under sub-division of Elnusa GTDI from Pertamina subsidiary, Infomedia has published Telkom Telephone Directory Yellow Pages.

The development shown by the establishment of PT Elnusa Yellow Pages in year 1984 which changed its name in year 1995 to be PT Infomedia Nusantara when PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. made investment. To support implementation of Good Corporate Governance at each aspect of company activity, Infomedia has published policy of company management guidelines in year 2008.

* Melayani telepon yang masuk dari customer dengan baik
* Memberikan informasi sesuai yang dibutuhkan customer berkaitan dengan produk Telkomsel
* Menangani komplain dengan baik
* Memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dan memuaskan bagi customer

Requirements

* Laki-laki / Perempuan
* Usia maksimal 35 Tahun pada saat rekrutasi
* Pendidikan minimal lulusan D3 semua jurusan, IPK min 2,50
* Bersedia bekerja shift
* Memiliki kualitas suara yang baik / artikulasi jelas
* Memiliki ketrampilan menggunakan computer
* Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris
* Berpenampilan rapi dan bersih
