• Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering with 10 years extensive experience and proven skills in mine planning, in particular involving open cut coal mining operations and long term strategic analysis
• Analytical, Problem Solving, Leadership, Negotiation and Influencing and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Knowledge and exposure to a range of strategic planning techniques and the tools to translate those ideas into reality
• Strong people management skill, ideally with training and supervision
• Good grasp of engineering and economic principles

Mining Engineer
Key elements of the position include :

• Undertake short and long term production and financial planning to determine the resources required to operate the Pit, manage operating cost within budget, identify key issues and satisfy production goals
• Support daily technical aspect of the Pit operation such as shot and long term planning, blast design, drainage and road to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets
• Undertake environmental rehabilitation and design process as an integral part of both short and long term planning in line with PC s environmental policy
• Monitor the mining operation such that survey and geological control is provided, to identify problems that may call for a revision of the plan and to ensure that operation understand the plan
• Evaluate equipment performance by means of field studies and analyzing production report
• Produce reports of the result for dissemination throughout the Mining Operation Division to enable a common approach and understanding to be gained

Qualifications and Experience :

• Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operation
• Thorough knowledge of Pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
• Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
• Exceptional skills in Minex mine planning software
• Good interpersonal & communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

• B.A. in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent. (Completion of ACA/CPA qualification or advanced degree desirable)

Corporate Planning Manager
Basic Function and Scope :

• Directs and consolidates the development of various long and short term corporate business plans for Company, ensuring that major corporate objectives are developed and maintained throughout the planning process. Assists the management team in development of objectives, key performance metrics, and performance reporting.
• Provides technical and economic analysis to support development of growth opportunities and enhancement of profitability, including the review of technical and commercial aspects of major commercial agreements

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelors degree in a Technical subject, ideally complemented by a Business Degree or Qualification in Economics
• 12 -15 years experience in the energy business, with significant preparation in an economic analysis function. Should be familiar with gas and condensate production from Gas Reservoir , LNG manufacturing process, LNG and condensate transportation, and world wide supply and demand for LNG
• Computer literacy, including the use of economic models, spreadsheets and database systems
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
